Monthly Business Computer Maintenance Plans require a 3-month commitment. Annual Business Computer Maintenance Plans require a 12-month commitment.

Situations below are *** NOT *** covered under any Business Computer Maintenance Contract:

• User Problems caused by misuse (of hardware, changes to incorrect settings, carelessness, etc.)
• External computer peripherals (printers, scanners, digital cameras, speakers, game controllers, etc)
• Change and installation of consumables like ink cartridges
• Upgrades or repairs of hardware parts. However we can buy them on your behalf and add them to the monthly charge (We are not responsible for failures of any hardware parts we purchase on your behalf).
• Acts of God/natural disasters (lightning strikes, power surges, flood, earthquake, fire, burglary, vandalism, etc.)
• Hardware manufacturer defects / failures
